 1        AN ACT in relation to highways.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5  The  Illinois  Highway  Code  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 5-701 as follows:

 6        (605 ILCS 5/5-701) (from Ch. 121, par. 5-701)
 7        Sec. 5-701.  Moneys Money allotted from  the  Motor  Fuel
 8    Tax  Fund to the several counties as provided in Section 8 of
 9    the "Motor Fuel Tax Law", approved March 25, 1929, as now  or
10    hereafter  amended,  other  than  moneys  money  allotted  to
11    counties  for  the  use of road districts, shall be used only
12    for one or more of the purposes stated  in  Sections  5-701.1
13    through 5-701.16, as the several counties may desire.
