 1        AN ACT concerning agriculture.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Specialty  Farm  Product  Buyers  Act  is
 5    amended by changing Section 5 as follows:

 6        (225 ILCS 660/5) (from Ch. 5, par. 2751-5)
 7        Sec.   5.    Enforcing   official.   This  Act  shall  be
 8    administered by the Director of the  Illinois  Department  of
 9    Agriculture,   who   is  referred  to  in  this  Act  as  the
10    "Director".
