 1        AN ACT in relation to alcoholic liquor.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is  amended  by
 5    adding Section 1-3.38 as follows:

 6        (235 ILCS 5/1-3.38 new)
 7        Sec.  1-3.38.  "School"  means  any public, nonpublic, or
 8    private preschool, day care center licensed under  the  Child
 9    Care Act of 1969, kindergarten, nursery school, elementary or
10    secondary  educational  institution, vocational elementary or
11    secondary school, special education facility,  or  elementary
12    or secondary educational agency or institution.
