 1        AN ACT concerning probate law.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Probate  Act  of  1975  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 1-4 as follows:

 6        (755 ILCS 5/1-4) (from Ch. 110 1/2, par. 1-4)
 7        Sec.  1-4.  Pleadings.)   On the court's own motion or on
 8    motion  of  any  interested  person,  before  or  during  any
 9    hearing, any person who desires to oppose  the  entry  of  an
10    order  or judgment must shall file, as directed by the court,
11    a pleading disclosing the grounds of opposition.
