225 ILCS 75/1   from Ch. 111, par. 3701
    Amends the Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 75/1)  (from Ch. 111, par. 3701)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2024)
8     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
9 "Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act".
