| 1 | | SENATE RESOLUTION | 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | 3 | | to learn of the death of Tyler R. "Ty" Koscinski of New Lenox, | 4 | | who passed away on September 15, 2024; and | 5 | | WHEREAS, Ty Koscinski was born to Christopher and Kelly | 6 | | (Lynn Buczkiewicz) Koscinski in Oak Lawn on September 8, 2004; | 7 | | he attended Lincoln-Way West High School, where he was an | 8 | | outstanding football and baseball player; he also played for | 9 | | Illinois Premier Baseball and received many honors and awards | 10 | | for his athletic accomplishments; and | 11 | | WHEREAS, Ty Koscinski was hardworking, caring, witty, | 12 | | funny, loving, giving, and outgoing; he had a smile that lit up | 13 | | any room he walked into, and he was loved unconditionally by | 14 | | everyone who knew him for so many different reasons; he was | 15 | | always the life of the party and there was never a dull moment | 16 | | with him, whether it was dancing or telling a corny joke, he | 17 | | always put a smile on someone's face; and | 18 | | WHEREAS, Ty Koscinski was the best brother to his little | 19 | | sister, Alyssa, his older brother, Connor, and his older | 20 | | sister-in-law, Sarah; and | 21 | | WHEREAS, Ty Koscinski was loved and cherished by his |

| 1 | | family and his friends, and his story will live on forever; and | 2 | | WHEREAS, Ty Koscinski was the son of Chris and Kelly; the | 3 | | brother of Connor (Sarah Scheer) Lowman and Alyssa Koscinski; | 4 | | the grandson of Jeri and Ron Bennitt and the late Ron and the | 5 | | late Cookie Koscinski; the nephew of Jennifer (Jeff) Toller, | 6 | | Cheryl Koscinski, and Tara Mavis; and the cousin and friend of | 7 | | many; therefore, be it | 8 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL | 9 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 10 | | Tyler R. "Ty" Koscinski and extend our sincere condolences to | 11 | | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | 12 | | further | 13 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 14 | | presented to the family of Ty Koscinski as an expression of our | 15 | | deepest sympathy. |
