    Amends the State Designations Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (5 ILCS 460/1)  (from Ch. 1, par. 2901-1)
7     Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~ State Designations
8 Act.
