415 ILCS 151/1-1
    Amends the Consumer Electronics Recycling Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning safety.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Consumer Electronics Recycling Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

6     (415 ILCS 151/1-1)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2026)
8     Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
9 Consumer Electronics Recycling Act. References in this Article
10 to "this Act" mean this Article.
