20 ILCS 3987/1

Amends the Local Government Consolidation Commission Act of 2011. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning government consolidation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Local Government Consolidation Commission Act of 2011 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Local Government Consolidation Commission Act of 2011.
