SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

705 ILCS 135/1-1

Amends the Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning courts.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(705 ILCS 135/1-1)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2022)

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act.
