625 ILCS 5/18a-104

from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 18a-104

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning police-ordered towing.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing Section 18a-104 as follows:

(625 ILCS 5/18a-104) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 18a-104)

Sec. 18a-104. Towing performed pursuant to police order. Nothing contained in this Chapter shall be construed to regulate or otherwise affect towing performed by any relocator pursuant to the the order of a law enforcement official or agency in accordance with Sections 4-201 through 4-214 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
