765 ILCS 1026/15-101

Amends the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act is amended by changing Section 15-101 as follows:

(765 ILCS 1026/15-101)

Sec. 15-101. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act. References in this Title 15 (the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act) to "this Act" mean this Title 15 (the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act).
