210 ILCS 28/75
    Amends the Abuse Prevention Review Team Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Act's relationship to other Acts.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Abuse Prevention Review Team Act is amended
5 by changing Section 75 as follows:

6     (210 ILCS 28/75)
7     Sec. 75. Relationship to other Acts. Nothing in this ~~this~~
8 Act is intended to conflict with or duplicate provisions of
9 other Acts or rules implementing other Acts.
