    Amends the Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Public-Private Partnerships for
5 Transportation Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
6 follows:

7     (630 ILCS 5/1)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
9 Public-Private Partnerships for Transportation Act.
