SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Bradley W. Kincaid of Hillsdale, who
4passed away on October 18, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Bradley Kincaid was born to Walter and Viola
6(Seams) Kincaid on June 27, 1930; he served in the U.S. Army
7during the Korean War and married Barbara Jean DeWitte at St.
8John's Catholic Church in Rapid City, Illinois on April 24,
91954; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Bradley Kincaid farmed with his dad for several
11years before going to work at the Hillsdale Saw Mill; he
12retired from the Hillsdale elevator at the age of 80; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Bradley Kincaid was a member of the Hillsdale
14American Legion and enjoyed having coffee with the group at the
15Fast Break in Hillsdale: in his spare time, he loved fishing
16and traveling; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Bradley Kincaid was preceded in death by his
18parents; his brothers, Dale and Les Kincaid; and his in-laws;
19and
 
20    WHEREAS, Bradley Kincaid is survived by his wife of 65

1years, Barb; his children, Cindy (Bill) Stark, Lori (Steven)
2Possley, and Todd (Tracy) Kincaid; his grandchildren, Shane,
3Jake, Cotee, and Samantha (Nick); nine great-grandchildren;
4his sisters, Lois Wells and Lila Stout; and his sister-in-law,
5Lorretta Kincaid; therefore, be it
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
8Bradley W. Kincaid and extend our sincere condolences to his
9family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
10further
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12presented to the family of Bradley Kincaid as an expression of
13our deepest sympathy.
