| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Allan John Hanson of Hampton, who passed | 4 | | away on July 30, 2019; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Allan Hanson was born in Canby, Minnesota to James | 6 | | Russell and Leona (Winkels) Hanson on February 11, 1938; he | 7 | | married Linda Young in Hampton on June 10, 1961; he served in | 8 | | the United States Air Force from 1960 until 1964; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Allan Hanson worked as an inspector for Alcoa and | 10 | | retired in 2000; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Allan Hanson was proud to participate in an Honor | 12 | | Flight; he was a car enthusiast; he enjoyed camping, especially | 13 | | in Alabama during the winter, and watching his children and | 14 | | grandchildren's sporting events; in his younger years, he | 15 | | enjoyed his boat and his motorcycle; he will be remembered for | 16 | | his kind and gentle spirit; and
| 17 | | WHEREAS, Allan Hanson was preceded in death by his parents; | 18 | | his brothers, Don and Paul Hanson; and his sisters, Diane | 19 | | Hanson and Janice Bates; and
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Allan Hanson is survived by his wife, Linda; his |
