SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Timothy Clifford "Tim" Grom of Waukegan, who passed away on April 7, 2020; and

WHEREAS, Timothy Grom was born in Waukegan on June 29, 1976; he was a lifelong resident; and

WHEREAS, Timothy Grom worked at GFX International, Inc. in Grayslake; and

WHEREAS, Timothy Grom was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears; and

WHEREAS, Timothy Grom was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Grom; his brother, Michael Douglas Grom; his paternal grandparents, Frank and Germaine Grom; and his maternal grandmother, Emily Monroe; and

WHEREAS, Timothy Grom is survived by his father, Thomas (Linda) Grom; his son, Owen Grom; his daughter, Alora Grom; his sister, Christina Grom; his brother, Joshua (Danielle) Bentivegna; his grandparents, Andy and Mary and Nicole and Jack; his nephews, Manny and Jackson; his nieces, Leiana and Isabella; his many aunts, uncles, and cousins from the Grom, Monroe, and Bentivegna families; and his many dear friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Timothy Clifford "Tim" Grom and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Timothy Grom as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
