Amends the Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the application of the Act.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989 is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2020)

Sec. 5. Practice without license. Nothing in this Act prevents any person from being engaged in the the practice of landscape architecture so long as he or she does not represent himself or herself as, or use the titles of, "landscape architect", "registered landscape architect", "licensed landscape architect", "landscape architecture", "landscape architect design professional", or "landscape architecture design professional".
