| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
| 4 | | Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $4,600 to the | 5 | | State of Illinois, the People of the State of Illinois hereby | 6 | | release any rights or easements of access, crossing, light, | 7 | | air, and view from, to, and over the following described land | 8 | | located in Bond County, Illinois, subject to permit | 9 | | requirements of the State of Illinois, Department of | 10 | | Transportation: | 11 | | Parcel No. 800XD61: | 12 | | A line in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of | 13 | | Section 36, Township 6 North, Range 2 West of the Third | 14 | | Principal Meridian in Bond County, Illinois, described as | 15 | | follows: | 16 | | Commencing the southwest corner of said Section 36; thence | 17 | | on an assumed bearing of North 00 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds | 18 | | West on the west line of said Section 36, a distance of 546.94 | 19 | | feet to the north right of way line of FAP Route 12 (US Route | 20 | | 40) according to the Dedication of Right of Way for Public Road | 21 | | Purposes to the State of Illinois recorded on July 1, 1941 in | 22 | | Easement Record No. 3 on Page 494; thence North 89 degrees 31 |

The Department of Transportation shall obtain | 13 | | a certified copy of the portions of this Act containing the | 14 | | title, the enacting clause, the effective date, the appropriate | 15 | | Section or Sections containing the land descriptions of the | 16 | | property to be conveyed, and this Section within 60 days after | 17 | | its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment required by | 18 | | Section 5, shall record the certified document in the | 19 | | Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located. | 20 | | Section 15. (a) The Director of the Department of Natural | 21 | | Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to | 22 | | execute and deliver to the City of Wyoming, a municipality | 23 | | organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, | 24 | | of the County of Stark, State of Illinois, for and in |

Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | 8 | | becoming law.
