Amends the Recyclable Metal Purchase Registration Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Recyclable Metal Purchase Registration Law is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(815 ILCS 325/1) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 321)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Recyclable Metal Purchase Registration Law.
