605 ILCS 140/90
    Amends the Expressway Camera Act. Provides that the Act is repealed on July 1, 2024 (instead of July 1, 2023).

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Expressway Camera Act is amended by changing
5 Section 90 as follows:

6     (605 ILCS 140/90)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2023)
8     Sec. 90. Repeal. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2024 ~~2023~~.
