SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

705 ILCS 17/1

Amends the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning courts.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Supreme Court Historic Preservation Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act may be cited as the the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Act.
