FIFTEENTH SPECIAL SESSION

 
3    RESOLVED, that the Clerk inform the Senate that a majority 
4of the House of Representatives has assembled, pursuant to the 
5proclamation of the Governor, convening a Fifteenth Special 
6Session of the General Assembly, and are now ready for the
