AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4642 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4642 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:
 
4    "Section 5. The Medical Practice Act of 1987 is amended by 
5changing Section 1 as follows:
 
6    (225 ILCS 60/1)  (from Ch. 111, par. 4400-1)
7    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)
8    Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the 
9Medical Practice Act of 1987.
