| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1312, AS AMENDED, | ||||||
| 3 | with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment | ||||||
| 4 | No. 2, on page 2, by replacing line 23 with the following: | ||||||
| 5 | "liability. | ||||||
| 6 | (a) Any person may bring a civil action against any"; and | ||||||
| 7 | on page 3, immediately below line 5, by inserting the | ||||||
| 8 | following: | ||||||
| 9 | "(b) Qualified immunity is a defense to liability under | ||||||

| 11 | on page 16, line 20, by replacing "defense" with "defense, | ||||||
| 12 | including any existing qualified immunity defense,"; and | ||||||
| 13 | on page 16, by replacing lines 22 through 25 with the | ||||||

| 15 | "any Illinois court system personnel acting lawfully."; and | ||||||

| 6 | individuals, for civil immigration enforcement."; and | ||||||
| 7 | on page 25, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following: | ||||||

| 10 | on page 32, by replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following: | ||||||
