| 6 | | on page 34, line 7, by deleting "A"; and
|
| 7 | | on page 34, by deleting lines 8 through 15; and
|
| 8 | | on page 36, by inserting immediately below line 19 the |
| 9 | | following: |
| 10 | | "(3) Age of victim. In determining sentences, the |
| 11 | | sentencing court shall take into account the age of the |
| 12 | | victim or victims.". |
