Amends the Arthritis Prevention, Control, and Cure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

410 ILCS 520/4from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 5604

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Health Statistics Act. Provides that in carrying out the purposes of the Act, the Department of Public Health may collect and maintain health data on the connection between the long-term effects of childhood cancer and the original cancer diagnosis and treatment.
