Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Exempts a violation of the wheel and axle loads and gross weights limits in the Illinois Vehicle Code from the additional penalty of $15 for each $40, or fraction of it, of the fine imposed added to the offense. Effective immediately.
