Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act and the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. Makes changes concerning Illinois Labor Relations Board and Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board attorneys and investigators, choice of employee organization, unit clarification petitions, and arbitration procedures. Effective immediately.

Governor Amendatory Veto Message
Recommends that the employment of minimum numbers of attorneys and investigators by the Illinois Labor Relations Board and the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board be subject to appropriation.
