Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
5 ILCS 100/5-90
Adds reference to:
30 ILCS 540/10 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Prompt Payment Act. By January 1, 2006, requires the Department of Central Management Services to create and provide a portal on its official website that provides updated information on the approval of individual contracts and the processing of individual invoices, accessible by individual vendors. Specifies the minimum information that must be included. Requires the Department to adopt implementing rules. Effective immediately.
