Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Illinois Power Agency Act. Provides that renewable energy credits procured from new utility-scale wind projects, new utility-scale solar projects, and new brownfield solar projects pursuant to Agency procurement events must be from facilities built by general contractors that must enter into a project labor agreement with 2 or more labor organizations.
