Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act, the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act, and the Public Utilities Act. Provides that the corporate authorities of a county or municipality may extend an Enterprise Zone for an additional 20-year period. Effective immediately.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Provides that moneys transferred from the Budget Stabilization Fund into the General Revenue Fund in order to meet cash flow deficits resulting from timing variations between disbursements and the receipt of funds within Fiscal Year 2011 shall be repaid no later than July 15, 2011. Provides that the State Comptroller shall direct and the State Treasurer shall transfer the sum of $365,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund into the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund. Effective immediately.
