Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Comptroller Act. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the short title.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
15 ILCS 405/1
Adds reference to:
20 ILCS 5015/15

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Commission to End Hunger Act. Provides that the Governor shall appoint 3 at-large members (instead of 2 at-large members and a representative of a township government) to the Commission to End Hunger. Provides that the Director of Natural Resources or his or her designee shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Commission. Requires that the Local Food, Farms, and Jobs Council designate a liaison to serve ex-officio on the Commission. Effective immediately.
