Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that a prosecution for theft involving real property exceeding $100,000 in value, identity theft, aggravated identity theft, or financial institution fraud may be commenced within 7 years after the discovery of the crime by the victim (rather than of the last act committed in furtherance of the crime).
