Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the time limitation period on the Department of Revenue's right to file a notice of lien shall not run during the term of a repayment plan that taxpayer has entered into with the Department, as long as taxpayer remains in compliance with the terms of the repayment plan. Effective immediately.

House Floor Amendment No. 2

15 ILCS 305/12from Ch. 124, par. 10.2

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Secretary of State Act. Provides that the Secretary of State may enter into agreements with public or private entities or individuals to lease parking spaces at State-owned Secretary of State facilities. Provides that the funds collected from such leases shall be deposited in the State Parking Facility Maintenance Fund, to be used for the maintenance and repair of parking lots at State-owned Secretary of State facilities. Effective immediately.
