Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a provision regarding junking and salvage certificates.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
625 ILCS 5/3-117.1
Adds reference to:
605 ILCS 5/6-701.8from Ch. 121, par. 6-701.8

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Provides that funds for township and road districts may be derived from other road district sources, but may not exceed the amount that would be allocated under the motor fuel tax fun formula.
