Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the unlawful sale of public conveyance travel tickets to a minor.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
720 ILCS 5/10-8
Adds reference to:
720 ILCS 646/15

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act. Includes in the offense of aggravated participation in the manufacture of methamphetamine, methamphetamine manufacturing that occurs within 1,000 feet of the real property comprising any school, or within 1,000 feet of a site posted as a pick-up or discharge stop for any conveyance owned, leased, or contracted by a school to transport students to or from school or a school related activity.

House Floor Amendment No. 3
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act.
