Synopsis As Introduced
Directs the Auditor General to conduct a management audit of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation's use and monitoring of the Illinois Professionals Health Program during fiscal years 2009 through 2011.

 Fiscal Note (Office of the Auditor General)
 The Auditor General's Office estimates that the audit required by HR 108 will have a fiscal cost from $57,000 to $70,500 in non-reoccurring expenses. The cost range of $57,000 to $70,500 is comprised of the following: (1) 1,200 to 1,500 audit hours at an average hourly cost of $45.00 ($54,000 - $67,500); (2) $3,000 in travel costs.
