Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961 and the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides for enhanced penalties for second and subsequent violations of the statutes concerning domestic battery and aggravated domestic battery.

 Correctional Note (Dept of Corrections)
 The total impact of HB 3293 would be an increase of 128 inmates with additional operating costs of $22,130,100 and construction costs of $10,153,400 over ten years.
