Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning acts prohibited under the Act.

 This bill would neither increase nor decrease the number of judges needed in the State.

 Fiscal Note, House Floor Amendment No. 6 (Financial & Professional Regulation)
 The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation anticipates HB1016 (H-AM 6) to result in approximately $2,113,000 in new annual costs to the Department related to the licensing and inspecting of Gun Dealers.
