Amends the State Fair Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Department of Natural Resources (Conservation) Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois, the Fish and Aquatic Life Code, and the Wildlife Code. Authorizes veterans who are applying for a free camping pass or fishing or hunting license to provide acceptable verification of service or mobilization at a Regional Office of the Department of Natural Resources (rather than only at the Department's office in Springfield). Defines "acceptable verification of service or mobilization" to mean certain types of official documentation from the Department of Defense or the appropriate Major Command showing mobilization dates or service abroad dates. Defines "service abroad" to include, among other things, all active duty service in territories and possessions of the United States. Effective January 1, 2011.
