Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Provides that the Department of State Police shall not require the submission of a photograph with an application for issuance or renewal of a Firearm Owner's Identification Card unless the applicant does not have a valid Illinois driver's license or Illinois Identification Card.

 Fiscal Note (Illinois State Police)
 HB 4965 would have no fiscal impact to the Illinois State Police.

 State Mandates Fiscal Note (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity)
 HB 4965 does not create a State mandate under the State Mandates Act.
