Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act. Requires the seller of the property to disclose whether the property has been used for the manufacture of methamphetamine.
Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Further amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act. Deletes the methamphetamine definition (instead of methamphetamine as defined in the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act) in the residential real estate disclosure form. Effective 6 months after becoming law.
