House Floor Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that for the offense of domestic battery or aggravated domestic battery, when the offender and victim are family or household members, a fine of up to $200 may be imposed upon a plea of guilty, stipulation of facts or finding of guilty resulting in a judgment of conviction (rather than an additional $10 fine for domestic battery). Eliminates the fine when the court orders supervision.
