Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State may include, with any notice that the Secretary is authorized or required to give under the Code or any other law regulating the operation of vehicles, any material, from any source, that pertains to the donation of vehicles to charitable organizations.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Adds reference to:
625 ILCS 5/3-414from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 3-414

Further amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, beginning January 1, 2005, registrations of motorcycles and motor driven cycles shall commence on January 1 and shall expire on December 31 or on another date that may be selected by the Secretary of State (rather than commencing on the first of April and expiring on March 31 of the following year). Adds an immediate effective date.
