Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Pension Code. Creates an Advisory Committee to study Deferred Retirement Option Programs (DROP) plans for the State-supported retirement systems. Requires a report of its findings and recommendations by January 15, 2005. Effective immediately.

 Pension Note (Pension Laws Commission)
 HB 3014 would not affect the accrued liabilities or annual cost of any public pension fund or retirement system in Illinois.
