Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Permits leases to provide for a percentage reduction in lease payments until a lessor makes improvements required by the terms of the lease. Requires the using State agency and the Department of Central Management Services to certify resulting improvements as acceptable before full lease payments may resume.
