Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Public Community College Act. Allows a board of trustees to provide or contract for residential housing for students and employees. Effective immediately.

110 ILCS 805/5-2from Ch. 122, par. 105-2

Further amends the Public Community College Act. In the Article concerning building programs, removes dormitories from the definition of "facilities".
