Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that any person convicted of or pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating compounds, including any person receiving a disposition of court supervision for the offense, shall be required by the court to attend a victim impact panel presented by one of several specified organizations.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that all costs generated by the victim impact panel shall be paid from fees collected from the offender.
