Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989. Makes changes in provisions concerning the qualifications for licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor and the qualifications for examinations for Land Surveyor-in-Training.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
225 ILCS 330/12

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989. Makes changes in the provision concerning qualifications for examinations for Land Surveyor-in-Training.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Restores the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation as the entity to approve curriculum from an accredited institution for a baccalaureate degree in a related science that includes at least 24 semester hours of land surveying courses.
